Refund Policy

RETURNS:

All goods should be returned to the store in their original packaging with all tags attached. 
The item will not be refunded if it is damaged, soiled or smells strongly of perfume.

Our policy lasts for 30 days, starting on the day you purchased the item, or 14 from the date the consumer took physical possession. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund.

You may not be required to send the item back if you find it faulty.

Email is the preferred method of communication for both parties to agree on a return/exchange agreement.

Loss Item Liability

If you select normal postage, we will not be responsible for any loss in the mail. It is always recommended to use Registered/Courier Mail in order to avoid complications.

The Company will not be responsible for any penalties charged by Singapore Post and Courier companies. We also are not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or information supplied by the Customer, which resulted in a delivery failure. All re-delivery and penalty charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We will not be liable for any lost mail if you return the product.
